    A Caviar & Champagne Degustation is a luxurious culinary experience that involves tasting and pairing different types of caviar with various champagnes or sparkling wines. The degustation usually consists of several courses, each featuring a different type of caviar paired with a specific champagne or sparkling wine. The goal of a caviar and champagne degustation is to showcase the subtle differences in taste and texture between different types of caviar, and how these differences can be complemented or contrasted by different champagnes or sparkling wines.

    Beluga Caviar is a type of caviar that comes from the Beluga Sturgeon, a large and rare fish found in the Caspian and Black Sea.
